His INTs were less than he had the previous 2 seasons, yet his INTs were on par. The team averaged 57yds rushing/game. That points to lack of an OLine. If you watched the games, you saw LOTS of times where Palmer would have thrown an INT in the past, but this season, he got MUCH better at just getting rid of it.
Also, 7 of his 14 came in 2 games (SDState and Marshall). 5 less attempts, 5 less INTs, 92 more yards, higher completion % and effeciency rating.
He's not ready to start straight out of the gate, but he can definitely be developed
