Not a good start for the Dolphins (Tannehill + Ajayi)

And of course Ajayi suffered a concussion on Monday.

Never a good start to camp when your QB and RB suffer injuries off the bat.

Think it's the same leg that Tannehill had injured vs the Cardinals last year too.

As much as it stands to reason that Kapernick see's the football field this year for some team,, it's looking more and more like he's solidly made the league wide blacklist.

http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/...l-miami-dolphins-now-feared-need-surgery-knee

The Miami Dolphins now fear quarterback Ryan Tannehill will need season-ending knee surgery; however, no decision to have it has been made at this time, according to sources close to the situation.

As second and third opinions await, Tannehill still could decide to rest the knee for six to eight weeks and try to come back from the injury again, sources said

Here’s where it gets interesting: I’m told Cutler is interested in delaying TV gig to play for Gase but it’d need to be starting job/money.

Dolphins could slow play Cutler decision since they are only team, I’m told, Cutler would consider leaving his TV gig for at this point.

Kapernick is a better quarterback than Tannenhill so maybe they can upgrade their position.
If both are healthy, I think Tannehill is significantly better than Kaepernick.
But...Tannehill keeps getting hurt.

Its too bad, as that Miami team has a nice roster.
Any average QB should have decent success there. Kind of like in Houston, but not as extreme.

Cutler would do well there.

Tannehill is better than CK. Tannehill is also a good runner(former WR) but for the most part they want him to stay in the pocket.

Up till last year, Tannehill had done a good job surviving the beat downs he would take, due to a piss poor O-line. Their line at times reminded me of the Petitti/Costa/Akin/Nagy days. Wasn't till Calias Campbell nailed his knee last year that he actually missed playing games. There was a thread on a Dolphins board that showed that he pissed blood after getting nailed in the midsection a lot. Dude is tough.
Probably should of had surgery after that hit instead of trying to rehab it.

More like the lines David Carr played behind. Carr should have been a decent QB in this league but you can only be shell shocked so long before the imaginary footsteps are always in your ear.

Kaepernicks GF drove the last nail into the coffin for his career. After what she said about Biscotti and Ray Lewis I don't think a team would pick Kaep to be their back up even if they lost 3 QBs to injury.

That was quite dumb.

Best to keep that kind of **** to yourself, and not make it public.

Some of the things Both Kaepernick and Nessa say and do are off the charts moronic.
Completely contradictory at times to what they claim to stand for.

For example...
Who was the first NFL owner to hire an African American General Manager (and maybe the last owner anyone would call racist)?

Steve Biscotti

Other examples
  • Railing about US oppression....while wearing a Fidel Castro (a true king of murderous oppression) tee-shirt:lmao:

Or

  • Opposing 4th of July celebrations because of slavery 250 years ago....while visting Africa--a continent that currently leads the world in active slavery:lmao2:

You cant make this stuff up

Yeah, he might want to do 5 minutes of research before he starts talking.

I read somewhere that Carr was sacked 250 times during his four years with Texas. When you add how many times he was probably hit after throwing, its a wonder the guy is still able to walk and talk.

slight quibble; Petitti was before that time. I think Free was the LT when Costa and the rest of the Not Ready for the NFL guys were there. Looking back I am amazed Romo survived that time.

Can't wait to see Cutler in Miami. I really don't care for Jay, but sometimes its just intriguing to watch him. You either get great Jay, or downright embarrassing Jay. With that being said, I am sad not seeing Tannehill. I think he stinks personally, but this would've been the year to see. Hope he is ok.

I've seen teams pick up worse.....I never in a million years thought TO would be a Cowboy after what he did to the star.........

Cutler is trash. Always has been....people just get sucked into his "arm strength".

Kapernick proved last year he's a much better quarterback than Tannenhill. I can only imagine what he would do with a Jarvis Landry as opposed to.....that trash he was throwing to.
