I don't think Jerry doesn't know this.

He will just be sold that things will be different because thats what he wants to hear.

He wants to be right about Moore and also not pay him to not coach.

The problem with the Cowboys offense was break down of the center and left guard. When Tyron went down with ankle injury against the Patriots the Cowboys line never recovered. Tyron and Zach covered for Williams and the center.Kellen is far from the number 1 offense in the NFL problem.

Kurt Warners dissection of Prescotts play showed him reacting to pressure that never came and making bad choices on his reads and decision making and accuracy……..sounds like he’s not just blaming Moore unless the OC is responsible for reading the defense and making pre snap adjustments and throws

Jerry isn’t going to make decisions based off what analysts and HOF players have to say. The offense was ranked number one and we had the highest scoring offense in the NFL. This isn’t to say there weren’t issues. We have an entire offseason to analyze what went wrong with the offense the second half of the season. I believe the OL was a big part of the problems. Run blocking was terrible and there were issues with pass protection. Obviously Dak’s game regressed the second half of the season and the OL and lack of a running game played a part in that.

21 quarterbacks were sacked more than Prescott. Of course the offensive line was less than impressive in run blocking but there was elite protection given to Rayne. Bad decisions and bad reads left a lot of meat on the bone with the passing game against better defenses

In division: 6-0 record and 40 points per game.
Outside of it: 6-6 record and 25 points per game.

It got even worse against teams with 10 or more wins, two of whom play games tomorrow.

AZ - 17
SF - 17

The defense held those teams to 19, 22, and 23 points and yet the Cowboys trailed all day. Dak/Moore weren't hard for good teams to solve.

You look back at the 49ers game and the 1 really good drive we had, what did we do? We committed to the run game on back to back plays and multiple times on that drive. Then we went away from it. That's a fundamental problem with Moore and why we experienced inconsistency.

On G-Bag they said that Jerry asked MM to be more involved in offensive side of the game. I don't know if it was the same as when he told JG that Moore would be the play caller and not to interfere but I took it as a positive. After all that's why you hire a super bowl winning offensive minded coach in the first place.
