I follow college football a lot more then the NFL,so I'm not familiar with a lot of these assistants out there. That being said Rivera sounds like a good one to me. I don't really want a guy like Wade Phillips who's pretty much the same as what we had. We need a younger in your face coach.

I think Rivera would be great here. But since we hired Jason,, I am not sure the Job is that attractive to a young coach now. If I was Jerry, I would go after Rivera to be the DC here.

Rivera still tops my wish list after Cowher (whom I know won't happen).
