Not since 1996 have the Cowboys been to 3 or more straight playoff appearances

Who is satisfied with not finishing a race? Not many...but as to team success, three straight is high NFL cotton. Get real as to team strengths.

Some cannot understand the psychological aspect of being a Cowboys fan. Those of us that witnessed greatness, we know the excellency attained by this organization.

It bothers us to see the attitudes, lack of heart, softness, and undisciplined play; of the past 27 years. There is no turning back to yesteryear. Winning records were more than just stats, they were a means to championships.

I think the Cowboys make it to the NFCCG this year. I believe they win their last three games and have momentum heading into the playoffs. Gotta beat the Dolphins first and they will. This team isn't losing two in a row late in the season.

How can you be so sure that the "not today" Cowboys don't show up and just can't get out of their funk?

I thought this year may be different, but that version of the Cowboys still shows up. It cost us the chance to control our own destiny against Buffalo.

Exactly, there's little pride in these marshmallows to hold up the integrity and excellence that the Star used to represent. They're soft and undisciplined and have no shame or team pride.

Every time one of these losers that bleat about regular seasons and getting to the playoffs I want to puke
We are the Dallas Cowboys.
We are SUPPOSED to be in the playoffs every year
Celebrating that is celebrating mediocrity

The Dallas Cowboys have as a franchise returned to a playoff sustainment level and project strongly now and into the future. That is strength, and a pride.

No one is satisfied with that...we have a Cowboy's pride. They indeed have to walk the walk and earn it!

We certainly live in a different era today. It's sad.

This Cowboys team is better than anything I have seen in decades. They still have work to do, but the culture has improved and the team can hang with anyone, though inconsistency is still a real issue. I look forward to them returning to SF for another shot at today's best.
It will come down to who is healthy, what time is hot at the right time and match-ups.
