ESPN's John Clayton expects Sam Bradford (ankle) to miss Sunday's game against the Cowboys.
We've got some ESPN-on-ESPN crime going on here as the reliable Adam Schefter said yesterday that Bradford is expected to start. It's unclear if Clayton is just speculating or reporting here, so we need to take a "wait-and-see" approach. Bradford is expected to test his ankle in Friday's practice.

The Rams offense is unbelievably bad with him. It's not like it can get much worse without him.

I would say that John Clayton is probably the least reliable person for insider info at ESPN.

Ah damn, i didn't know they got Brandon Lloyd? **** this can be trouble

It will be good if Bradford can't play

I'll leave this to the masses to decide for themselves:

Whose information do you trust, Adam Schefter or John Clayton?

Easy answer for me.

does not matter if Bradford plays or not. It does not change what the Cowboys need to do to win this game.

we hammer this team....I see people predicting us to go 10-6 or 11-5....I IMAGINE you are counting this game as a W. Does not matter who they play. If we are a playoff team, we win by double digits

It can? I don't recall him doing much to us when he played for San Fran or the Commanders (of course I could just not be remember it) and I doubt he'll do much more with a gimpy QB or a back up one on a bad offense.

I do expect us to win but not going to claim that we must win in double digits to be considered a playoff team.

If he does play he will be limited, Dallas needs to take care of business and be physical and we get a 'W'.

I don't know if it is where I don't watch as much ESPN as I used to or if there is something going on but it seems to me you don't see John Clayton on as much as you used to. Like they are phasing him out or something. But it could just be where I don't watch ESPN anymore.

Oh then you did't watch the SF game...when he was toasting Anthony Henry :laugh2:

Yes i know it was Anthony Henry...but he is still a good WR

If he doesnt play I will be legitimately dissapointed if we don't shut them out. Their offense is already horrendous.

If they are, it's long overdue in my opinion.

Given the number of talking heads already employed at ESPN, I don't think they need yet another guy who doesn't know what he's talking about.

And, like you, if I'm not watching Monday Night Football, I don't bother watching ESPN at all.

Who cares. We'll win because Fiammeta is playing, right? :)

+1 I'll go with Schefter in this matchup all the time.

Yup, we always win when Fiammeta plays. I think he only played in the Skins game so far this year right?
