That and the fact that part of his reinstatement was a condition that he adhere to all the rules that were given to him in his probation for something he got into trouble with before which one of those things was that he wasn't to be out drinking and apparently there was drinking involved in his latest offense.

He's got no one to blame but himself for being stupid if he gets another big suspension. He knew exactly what he could and couldn't do and he wasn't smart enough to stay in line.
