The next time you see a great player out there on the draft board (Merriman) Just take him.
Stop getting cute, and trying to out genius everyone, just take that great player and run with him. If you want to trade, then trade up to get a superstar, not just a good player.
We had superstars in the 90's. Like Irvin said, we have a bunch of number 2's on our receiving lineup, and a bunch of 3 stringers on our OLine, and a good QB (Not GREAT)
