Both his catches last year? Not a great help, no.So Mingo wouldn't "help depth"?

I don't understand these trades. They drafted Flournoy, expressed deep love for Brooks, and also for Tolbert. Then with the season obviously going nowhere and Dak injured they give up a 4th round pick for Mingo instead of giving their young guys a chance to develop.
Yup.I don’t understand how people are behaving so emotionally about this.
The team invested this year’s 4th round pick on him and some want him gone already?
Would you do that if you had just drafted a 4th round pick? I doubt it.
Seth Williams is also likely a better player.
That escalated quickly!!!!!!!!Nevermind on Seth Williams. Cowboys released him.
Dallas has some good depth at WR right now don't they ,what is Holdens chances of making the 53.Holden, Cropper, Campbell, Flournoy, Harmon and Brooks are all better prospects.

I have Josh Kelly and Mingo neck and neck for that last place spot.
Well those numbers are better than a rookie, right? Both his catches last year? Not a great help, no.
Mazi is on a roster. It's only year 3. He isn't terrible. If he was terrible he wouldn't be on any NFL roster.
He's probably tired of getting roasted on CBZ.Interesting that Mingo caught everything at practice today.
I suspect he has been catching everything all offseason. He's probably tired of getting roasted on CBZ.![]()
GP or Mingo? The trade was bad when it was made and it will always be bad.
Loljust cut him he is use less and one of the worst player in the nfl
lance and mingo great use of 4th rd pick jerry and stephen
LolInteresting that Mingo caught everything at practice today.
he is nothing close to being a #3. he has produced much less than tolbert. he has zero TD...yes, you read that right, ZERO TDs in his two years in the league. Tolbert has out produced him by a mile and a half. if he is given that role, then its Jerry's ego, not because he earned or deserved it. Turpin has out produced him and he is an UDFA. he is right now #5 at best....and even that's questionable.Tolbert is an absolute lock at number three doesn't matter who's on this team he already earned it he was close to a number 2 he put a very valid numbers to be the number three that's it turpin will get number four he'll get worked into the offense I hope they use him better but those four spots and the depth chart are locked...

and show me where he is close to a #2? what valid numbers?
He looks like a lock to make the team so far. He would be a good fit for this team with Lamb and Pickens. Based on the practice reports you can see why they traded for him.I continue to read excellent reports about Mingo from every Cowboys practice.
Need to stop using the past in college to grade a player 3 years into his NFL career.Yup.
Odd.
Fans cheered when we gave up a 3rd for GP, who is a one year rental.
Mingo was All Conf SEC 2nd tm, 2nd round pick, sub 4.5 speed, and built like Dez.
But hated.
Ha
Good luck keeping Mingo off the roster.
