I hated ignoring defense with the first 3 picks but couldn't pass on those players.

I'll take that right now, but it sounds like Lynch is going back to school.

VaCowboy, you're smarter than that.

Never believe a college kid (about declaring) until after their bowl game.

He's going pro.

I read somewhere that Kessler is getting anywhere from 5th to 7th round grades.

I would take that draft and twice on Sunday.

A.) Cowboys won't be picking in the top 10, and

B.) Lynch will be gone in the top 3 picks when it's all said and done.

I like my draft, but I don't love it.

1 OT Laremy Tunsil
2 S Von Bell
3 RB Devontae Booker
4 LB Eric Striker
6 WR Braxton Miller

My reasoning for Tunsil is this. Collins has taken Leary's job and is doing a great job. Now our line is 4 strong. Tunsil will replace Free, with the ability to even play in Smith's spot. This gives us a wall up front for whoever is QB, as well as the horses to plow the field for our running game. It gives us five 1st round grades on our starting OL.

Why did I take Von Bell? He is a safety, we need a safety, and he can flat out ball. Put him next to Jones next year and we have a legit pair of starting safeties.

Booker is not my favorite back in the draft, but he is a pretty good one. I couldn't pass up his value in the 3rd.

There was honestly no one I saw in the 4th that stood out except Striker. I do not know the mid-round prospects this year, like I have in past years. Striker has speed and athleticism.

Miller is a steal in the 6th round.
