Murray was looking good until he got injured AGAIN. I'm not mad at him. It's not his fault. But it still hurts the team. If he stays out long, I think the handwriting is on the wall. He's not the guy.

I was surprised they didn't use Tanner. I figured they would rotate Randle and Tanner. I'm really hoping Dunbar is back soon. He can be dangerous.

So in the next game, do we rotate Tanner and Randle or just let the rookie sink or swim? And will Dunbar be back to help?

I don't think we can be a pass-happy team. IMO this team needs a balance of run and pass.

I think he'll have a shot at some good runs. I agree with that. However, like others, I'm concerned about his ability to pass block. That's one of the harder things for a rookie to pick up in the NFL.

Gotta say I don't worry (much) about the running game.

I think between all the weapons for receiving the football this team can use a "dink & dunk" passing attack to move the chains... intermixed of course with some longer pass attempts.

Now I didn't say it needs a 90/10 pass to run ratio, but even if the running game only gets 25 attempts a game and averages less than 4 ypc I don't see that as being fatal to the offense.

That's my thoughts, Not sure Dunbar is capable of pass protect, if Randle is experienced enough, Tanner is both, but not much wiggle in the actual run game.
Murray gave us a mix of all.

wont argue........but a few yrs ago, didn't Romo get knocked out for a few games because of a inexpeirienced rb didn't pick up a blitz.........gotta stick in Garretts mind. I'd think they bring in Tanner for protection on passing plays, if they don't use the package with 2 TE's in for protection and then release one out.

You can't let him play if he can't pass block. He hasn't shown that he can as of yet.
