BULLETT BOB
CHUCK HOWLEY
HARVEY MARTIN
TOO TALL JONES

Then down the road we need to get some of that GREAT O LINE in from the 90s.

pardon my ignorance, but how many 'cowboys' total are in the HOF? i dont know the exact number..

Chuck Howley should be in, we need to find out how to contact the Vet committee and start pushing for him now

Bob Hayes deserves it for sure. The other ones were good players but not Hall of Famers, however, I didn't see Howley play.

If RIchard Dent and Fred Dean deserve consideration, so does Martin and Jones. Chuck Howley has been the second most snubbed Cowboy after Bullett.

Hayes is the most glaring omission. I adore the other three players, but I would have a tough time justifying their inclusion at this point, particularly the last two.

Lee Roy Jordan deserves it far more than Chuck Howley, IMO.

Now if they were Pittsburgh Steelers, they would have nothing to worry about.

I think you need to look a little closer at Howley's career.

Well Harvey Martin 113 career sacks, 23 sacks in a season, for reference the "record" is 22.5 by Strahan. Martin also has a super bowl MVP award, and was a 4 time pro bowler.
Those not good enough for you?

Get the ones who deserves to be in the Ring of Honor in first, damn it.

It might be a bigger travesty than the Hall of Fame since it is something that can be fixed easier.

Howley was a fine player. Nobody had a knack for being in the right place at the right time, he collected turnovers like no one else.

But in terms of being respected by his contemporaries, Jordan was. By a long shot.

And in this popularity contest, that is all that matters.

I view the Ring above the Hall so what they do is irrelevant. It just means they are following our lead.

If the players are not special enough for the Ring, there is no need for the Hall.
