Geez, I'd rather sign T.O. to a ten-year extension than have Campo as DC.

Why all the hate for Campo as a DC? You realize that he was really good at that right?

He was good as a 4-3 DC.

Campo knows jack about 3-4, that is why promoting him to DC is just a total dumb-arse thing to do.

It was like Zimmer being forced to run 3-4 when he didnt know jack about it and later said so himself.

I think the team gets a new defensive coordinator. Maybe one of the San Diego guys? Maybe someone else? If they stay internal, I think Todd Grantham gets the first shot at the job because he has more familiarity with the 3-4.
