After the Reeves fiasco, which HAS to have the whole NFL laughing its *** off at the mess at VR, Jerruh has got to know he had to do something pretty big. What will it be?

Maybe it will involve the police...
:lmao2:

when asked in the GAG interview, Jerry said he did not have a plan as of yet, but if he did he would not say. Which basically means that the whole Reeves fiasco only wasted everybody's time and now we have one less month to address the problems ailing the Cowboys. And there's STILL no plan.

"I have a plan. A plan that cannot possibly fail."

I don't get it, how many seasons will it take for Jerry to figure out 'his way' doesn't work.....

That's all that matters to him. :bang2: :bang2: :bang2:

All of this shagrin for ......Dan Reeves?

What does anyone think he was really going to do? And what has he done in the past to give you confidence.

Jerry's stated goal is to "win SBs". Reeves coaching has not produced any of those with John Elway.

That said, I would rather have him over Phillips, but that was not going to be the case. And if we are in a market for a new HC, there are better candidtates than another 65 yr old who will only coach for 2-3 years

That's nice. You kind of have to win some playoffs games in order to get to the Super Bowl and we haven't even done that in 13 years.

Jerry controlling all aspects of the team and giving the HC virtually no authority has never worked and isn't working.

So I guess the answer is continuity. Brilliant, Jerry, just brilliant.

Oh, I agree changes should be made, but this changing something for the sake of change. The dynamics of it make no sense. Lame duck coach, HC in waiting needing advice. shoud have fired wad and garrett

And what's worse is we have hardly been competitive in any of the playoff games we have been in. I guess the one in Seattle a couple of years ago is about it. Smashed in Carolina twice, blown out at home by the Cards in 98, squashed by the Vikings in 99, and then that mess against the Giants in 07, and that game against Philly was essentially a playoff game and that was the king of all blowouts. This is a lost franchise.

I agree. It's all a totally dysfunctional situation created by the incompetent owner/GM. He's got a HC in the final year of his contract who can't instill discipline, has no control over the OC or several other assistants and who basically lost the team the final few weeks of the year.

And they're all coming back. Great plan, Jerruh.

Bach, it's days like these I feel myself being pulled flailing into your angry, cynical, not to mention annoying, web of despair. No offense. Doom and gloom has never looked better.

Don't be scared ...... join the crew of the depressed.

Jerruh is being humiliated publicly with all that is going on. There is no way its not making him want to shut everyone up. So he is going to try SOMETHING. The question is what will it be?
