Don't understand why the Cowboys won't move Ratliff to DE. Guy is so undersized to be a 3-4 nose tackle. A NT for a 3-4 usually needs to be pretty damn big. Ratliff should play DE, his size is perfect for the 3-4 defensive end. I mean, it's not important to me that he moves as adding any defensive line help in the draft would help, but there's no question Ratliff is made to play DE for a 3-4 defense. Getting a huge and beafy nose tackle like Chapman, Ta'amu or someone would open up that possibility.

What? Rat does not move the OL back at all. He is a DE at the NT position and tries to get around people in a pass rush. He is beat at the point of attack a runner runs past him to the side opposite his rush. He does need to be put back at the DE position. He is the main reason the real DEs are pushed behind the QB and out of play. A real NT would push the center and either guard back into the QB so that the QB is at a position that the DE will get pressure or sacks. The OLB are now free from the OL to be in a position tackle or pressure the QB.

We need a true OL pushing NT in the worst way.

i'll be curious to see how far Chapman falls due to the injury.

personally i'd like to see us get the C/G, WR and DE/OLB in the next 3 picks but if Chapman somehow is still there in round 5 i'd be for that
