Everyone pretty much agrees its Warmack and Cooper as 1 & 2.

But who is 3-5?

Something to think on if both go before our pick.

I have heard Pugh, Warford, Winters and maybe Fredrick.

What say the experts here?

I think that list is about right. Although you need to add Kyle Long to the group.

I'd put Thomas in the mix, especially for the type of offense we want to run. He also offers versatility, can play tackle.

I'd say Warford is the clear #3, but after that who knows.

since I think Jerruh will not take a guard in the first round since its not a shiny toy, second round is the best we can hope for. Warford then who?

Alvin Bailey and Hugh Thorton would be 3 and 4 for me. Warford is extremely heavy footed.

Good question.

Below are all OL as ranked by NFLDS. I have to consider some players listed as OT or OC as candidates for OG.

For the Cowboys specifically, I have to consider how the player fits in the scheme.

The best options for the Cowboys that might start in 2013 are Brian Schwenke and Alvin Bailey, IMO.

A guy that I could see having a really high upside if you wanted to move him from OT to OG is Menelik Watson; however, I doubt he would be ready to start as a rookie, especially with a position change.

1 OT Luke Joeckel:
2 OG Chance Warmack:
3 OT Eric Fisher:
7 OT Lane Johnson:
14 OG Jonathan Cooper:
23 OT D.J. Fluker: Might be better at OG than OT.
43 OG Justin Pugh: Why is he rated this high? Quick feet but minimal power and short arms.
52 OT Terron Armstead: At 6'4-3/4" could be the ultimate quick ZBS OG.
54 OT Kyle Long: Most are projecting him to OG now. Too many issues, IMO.
56 OC Travis Frederick: Slow feet. Better in man-blocking scheme.
61 OC Barrett Jones: Injury could push him down further.
63 OT Menelik Watson: I could see him at OG in either a man or zone scheme.
68 OT David Bakhtiari: Only 299 lbs.
75 OG Larry Warford: Slow feet. Better in man-blocking scheme.
84 OT Jordan Mills: Not overly athletic or strong.
92 OC Brian Schwenke: He should be ranked higher, IMO. Very quick with good anchor strength.
96 OG Brian Winters: Good size and athleticism. Should fit either scheme.
103 OT David Quessenberry: Good athleticism, arm length and decent anchor.
116 OT Xavier Nixon: Physical ability is there for OG or OT. Technique, consistency and injuries are issues.
122 OT Oday Aboushi: Best fit probably at OG.
125 OT Dallas Thomas: Injured. Looks like the ideal OG for the ZBS.
130 OG Alvin Bailey: Athletic with good anchor strength. Underrated.
133 OC Khaled Holmes: Underrated. Didn't workout at combine or pro-day due to strained pec.
141 OT Chris Faulk: College LT with good size. Bargain here.
145 OG J.C. Tretter: Athletic small school player. Needs skill development.
160 OT Brennan Williams: Steal here. Solid college RT. Injured.
172 OT Reid Fragel: Former TE. Tall and athletic. Arm Length is 33". Needs significant technique/skill development.
176 OG Hugh Thornton: Played LT, RT and OG in college. Projected to OG. Good size, athleticism and anchor strength.
180 OG Earl Watford: Needs to get bigger.
182 OT Ricky Wagner: Terrible.
185 OC Braxston Cave: Limited size and athleticism.
192 OG Eric Herman:
198 OC P.J. Lonergan:
