That was a great series, but I think it was pretty clear, even when the Rangers were down 3-1, that they were the better team, just playing poorly.

WAS has lost 5 straight series that they've lead 3-1 lol
Hank has won 10 straight elimination games, and an NHL-record 6 straight game 7s.

Rangers, I think, are the most complete team in the NHL, but the way they played against the Lightning in the regular season makes me pretty nervous moving forward.

Yeah the Rangers looked good today. Nice to take Game 1. They could've been up by a few goals early on and definitely outplayed TB overall. Of course, since it's the Rangers, they have to make every game a nail biter. God forbid their fans get a chance to sit back and enjoy a nice, easy win. I'll take it though.

It was mostly the Rangers mistakes that led to his goals. 5 on 5 he was still pretty invisible. Credit for capitalizing on opportunities, but that's about all he did.

Understand the dislike when he isn't on your team

He is one of those player's that you hate if he isn't on your team. When he is on your team then you love him.
