This morning, John Clayton said it was that liz frank fracture. My brother in law, who is a orthopedist, said there are only two options if that is the case- 8 months rest or usually surgery. he thinks they are not ready to make it public but if it is l. f., hes out for the year.
take it for what it's worth..

I see the Gints ending up 10-6 or 11-5.

I see this:

Gmen 11-5 unless major injuries hit
Eagles 9-7 ish
Us 9-7 ish unless we wake up and play as a team. IF this happens, we can be 10-6 or 11-5.
'skins 6-10 and Gibbs goes back to NAASCAR and Danny goes after C. Weiss.

Let's say the G-Men lose to Chi and to Jax. Over the next two weeks, we got a chance to pull within one game if not tie them. Hell, the more I look at this, the more I think that good things still might happen.

Man, that game in four weeks in NY may be a biggie.

Good teams often overcome injuries and will successfully plug in backups and with good schemes, cover their weakness. They are not coached by our coaches to be exposed if they have 1 or 2 weak spots

result 1O-6

If they do this, Dall would have to go 7-1 to win the East. 6-2 and Giants win on a tie-breaker. Now if the Giants could just manage to loose all 3 remaining division games....

Chicago L- Giants are hurt right now.
@Jax L - Not going to win at Jax.
@Tenn w - No explanation needed.
vs.Dal w - Hate to admit it but it's going to be tough for us to win @NY.
@Car L - Not in Carolina.
vs.Philly W - Philly is done by now.
vs. NO L - Sean P will figure out how to beat NY's defense.
@Was W - Last game of the season and the Deaskins rec will be 4-11 by then.

Result 1O-6

I agree with all this except I think they will win in Carolina. Carolina really isn't that good at home. I mean, Dallas was able to beat them at home. Why can't they?

That's interesting. Lisfranc injuries were what ended both Terry's and Dan Campbell's seasons in 04.

But I think I recall that that they can be sprains as well as fractures.

Did Clayton say which it is?

Btw, I'm not wishing evil on Mike Strahan - specially since with our luck Kiwanuka will play like mad in his stead.

Bears suck. Their offense sucks. They can only beat bad teams. Hell, sometimes they can't do that. See their games against the Cardinals and Dolphins.

Da Bears Suck!

I agree with that statement. I dont think they suck, but they wont rep the NFC in the Super Bowl. Everyone pointed to their demolition of Seattle as proof that they are the best in the NFC. Seattle is turning out to be terrible this year.

They should have lost to Arizona, and lost to Miami. That tells you enough about them.

Granted we lost to Washington, that was really the only team we SHOULD have beaten. Our losses were all at least to respectable opponents.

There really is nothing spectacular about ringing up the 49ers and Bills. Or the Packers. Or Lions.

You find me a team in the NFC that can actuallly go out their and beat any challengers. You can't and wont. Atlanta might be the closest thing to that right now. NY has been pretty good. But Chicago doesn't convince me.
