I found this article very interesting. I haven't been watching the Giants this year, and I've always considered their O to be explosive and dangerous. But it looks like it's been enemic as of late. I watched the Steelers game, and the Giants could get absolutely no O going.

But the way the NFC East battles go ... the Giants O will break out big time against us.

Eli is and always has been streaky. He may go out and throw 4 TD but just as well he could go out and throw 4 ints. This is the reason I have never been able to say he was an elite QB. He is way too up and down in my view to be considered an elite QB. How Eli goes is normally how the Giants go

They just can't run. Steelers were in zone 2 deep begging the giants to run and they just couldn't do it. then manning knew they had advantage with beckham and just kept throwing him the ball.

I imagine a similar style this sunday. And I bet they throw at brown most of the game. The first game they had a healthy justin pugh and we had thornton/crawford playing the snaps collins is now and we also have lawrence to go after flowers.

Flowers is the most penalized lineman in the league.

NY will also be facing a much better offense from us than in that first game. So they have not seen the better Zeke and Dak yet. So if we get ball control and score. Their D will be worn down later in the game, as our D will be rested to play better against their struggling O.
However being a big division game with all on the line for the division for us, and them to stay alive for it. This will be a hard fought tough game as usual.

But sure would be nice to go in there and steam roll them.

Luckily for them, Dallas has the worst pass rush in the league, weak blitzing, and if we do blitz and not get the QB .... oh lawdy
The Cowboys might as well play all 11 in coverage because Eli gets the ball out very quickly (He does against the Cowboys, I don't know what he does against other teams).

if you watch some of the all 22 of the steelers game, they played a lot of nickel and were way off in coverage with mostly 2 deep.

They begged the giants to run and one way or another they could not.

also, its hard for me to understand why Perkins does not get more carries for them. He seems to have all the traits but is just a minor role player who will get even less with vereen coming back this week i imagine.

Also, Manning doesnt get sacked much at all but sunday jennings totally whiffed on his guy and got manning hit.

From watching the cleveland and pittsburgh games it appears Lee and Church will have to stop the giants running game. Hopefully wilcox plays so we can have him deep with jones when they go 3 safeties in the dime.
