I know that Freeny owned the Hotel, but it did not look like we got much push from ANYONE on the O line. As small as the Colts are, we should have
been able to. Its frustrating when we have teams like the colts that EVERYONE runs on EXCEPT us.

Yeah, thats what I though. I know if a team drops a 8-9 man front that can happen no matter how small they are, but there were several times the Colts only had a 7 man front and still owned the line of scrimage...

Colts D played well aginst the run, part of that is credit that they deserve. In the end Dallas has 117 yards rushing and were able to run a blanced attack. Dallas also ranks as one of the top rushing teams so I'm not sure what you are upset by

Hmm.

The Bill went 31-111 for 3.6 YPC
The Pats 33-148 for 4.5 YPC

We went 36-117 for 3.3. YPC - but that is 33-121 without the kneel downs for 3.7 YPC.

We did OK and ran well when we needed to.

It is not that bad. Everyone loses to them, except us.

The colts did a lot of run blitzing on first and second down. Most of the tackles made on our running game were by their linebackers and safeties shooting through the gap. I think Columbo played his best game of the year.

It was frustrating although I agree with Dungy, their run defense is getting better. The thing of it is that they kept getting one guy on the O-Line that either got beat or missed an assignment in the running game. Often times it doesn't make any difference if the other O-Linemen are pushing their D-Line back to China, the running back won't stand a chance if the wrong guy goes unabeited.

The Colts were selling out to stop the run. We should have made them pay for it with play actions. It didn't matter because they wore down and we did run all over them in the 2nd half. In any event, for all intents and purposes we hung 27 points on them, while combining for about 350 yards on offense. That's very good production no matter what team you're going against.

By the way big props to Oliver Hoyte who did a great job at FB as a lead blocker. It will not show up in the stats but his play was outstanding.

It's true they are getting better, but at a cost. Being their line is small, they must run blitz more. Run blitzing lowers your secondary defenses. Their secondary is better than I though. I think it's a good move on their part. This problem they have makes Ware so much more valuable. To have a big time pass rusher that is far from shabby at containing the run is an incredible tool to have.

I was really impressed by his blocking, he was blowing people up and helping to create some nice holes.

I wouldn't say Freeney owned Adams, have you seen what Freeney did to the likes of Ogden when he's faced him?

Your right Freeney had 1 sack for -1 yard,a FF,and 2 tackle's. So he had one good play were he sacked the QB,forced a fumble. After that nothing but 1 tackle. Flo owned him!!!!!!!!!! Columbo outstanding too.

On running plays Freeny owned him. He was able to disrupt plays even when he did not get credit.

We did a much better job of running in the second half. In the first half they stuffed us alot, but asthe game wore on, our bigger strong OL started to wear down their smaller quicker DL.

But our so called strong O line was being stood straight up way too often; not by LB's or DE's shooting gaps but man on man.
