This has been asked before- I think now it has to be looked at real hard. Is Sparano a good O line coach or not. the signs are not good.

Based on what? What I have seen on the field?

Ah.........NO

That should tell the story right there.

I do believe, I heard a commentator say that Sparano, changes the blocking schemes all the time. So if that's true, isn't it possible that the o-line might stay confused as to who they are supposed to block from week to week.

Bill bought the groceries....and that includes the assitant coaches...

There is where the problem lies....

I would say he's not very good based on our o-line having NO CLUE WHO TO BLOCK!!!!!! The o-line acts like blitzing is some revolutionary tactic in the NFL. Of course I'll give Sparano a break because not many coaches would game plan to block Strahan. I mean, he's only one the all-time sack leaders. Why would you want to block him? Who expects a defensive lineman to rush the passer on a passing down. That's just good coaching on the Giants part.:bang2:

This thread should end with this quote.

Outside of Parcells, I don't like out Coaching staff at all.

Warhop got blame when he was here. Sparano deserves blame now...especially if he is consistently changing blocking schemes like was mentioned above. Regardless, the line looks confused for sure. I think it's obvious Sparano has too much on his plate between the running game and offensive line.

I'm for bringing back Carthon in some capacity.
