Just remember no team in the league claimed him off waivers. I am surprised a team like the Patriots didn't claim him off waivers. They have the CAP room.

I seem to remember an Olineman a few years back. Was supposed to be a top 10 pik and then something screwed him over and he was drafted in first 2 rds. Strangely he wasnt drafted by anyone. Now why wouldnt a team have picked him up in rd 4 or 5??

Makes sense for the Rams..ODB can replace Van Jefferson in the starting lineup to with Woods n Kupp. ODB, gets to be in LA, so he can be glamorous in the city lights.

I wouldn't crown them yet, but they loading up.

Not so sure about this move by the Rams....or OBJ for that matter.

Rams already have Kupp, Woods, and Van Jefferson. That's a really nice threesome.
I guess Beckum could be considered the deep threat and Stafford does have the arm for it.
But all three of those others have gone deep plenty already this year. I guess they think OBJ can slide into Jefferson's spot?
Jackson failed at doing that, but a healthy Beckum is better than an old DJax.

For OBJ, this gives him a shot at a ring. But you'd have that with Packers plus more reps.

I hate the Rams, and I hate their NY Yankees approach to buying a SB, so like the Yankees, I hope it is a colossal failure.

Not good. They are definitely in win now mode . Meanwhile, after this year, a lot of our best players will be leaving because we can’t afford anyone. O-line aging and will need a revamp soon. Coordinators may get snagged up for HC jobs. If any year was our year, THIS is the one. But it’s not looking likely anymore….

Quinn isn't getting another HC offer in a long while. He had more than his chance - 6-plus years in Atlanta and he'll always be remembered as the butt-end of the 28-3 game coach. And he never got those Falcons back to a championship game, much less a Super Bowl. He's not getting an HC interview anytime soon no matter how well the Cowboys do.

Moore is the one that is iffy... but I don't think he's shown enough yet to get an NFC HC offer. Tons of guys in front of him across the league that are way more deserving. Romo is the only one that's on that high horse of "no doubt he's getting a head coach job after this season, it's a done deal"... literally the only one.

This most likely will either be a decent net positive or a big distraction for the Rams. It's as if the Rams are either completely arrogant (nothing can go wrong, we will turn him into a superstar again) or completely insecure (we need to do everything to try to win now and we never feel good enough about ourselves).
