Looks like Garrett will be back, but not sure of others. Who is available for either position?
Norv Turner? Lovie Smith?

What's it going to be then, eh?

I do not care about offensive coordinator since it basically is just a powerless chump who takes direction from the head coach.

Provided of course that Kiffin is made to go away, Frazier is already on the market and Ray Horton could be.

Question...how desirable is this job for a in demand OC/DC? The head coach is on at most a year time period. Second, the head coach has limited power (it appears). For OC, who knows if Garrett is willing to give up play calling duties or take them back during the season.

If you are a OC/DC do you want a multi year contract where you may need to forced to stick around if a coaching change is made next year? Or do you look for a more stable, long term situation? Money talks, but as of now I wouldn't think either is a very desirable job for in demand coordinators.

Why would Norv Turner take this position when he'd essentially know he's light years ahead of this clown head coach of which Jerry just admitted he babied? Why Would Norv take a job underneath him when Jerry rejected him essentially because he had Jason Garrett as OC, already in place as his desired HC, when he went and hired Wade as a stop-gap?

Excellent point. It should be less desirable as there is little to no security beyond next season.

Can't hire ray Horton now because head coach Jerry already declared the scheme is staying

This is all setting up for Norv turner to be brought in as the show pony, to be the o.c. And I think cincy is getting bounced and who knows maybe that staff is out as well.

We could end up with Garrett, turner and zimmer

Would love to see how Garrett likes it if turner was here and he was running to his buddy Jerry repeatedly

this

going into year 7-8 of the jason/romo partnership, there is no way an OC comes in here to start teaching a new system
we are stuck with opie on offense

on defense, it is more of the same with yet another new system

good for homers because there are already built in excuses for the failures of next year, "new players along the DL", "learning a new system on defense" ....so what did you expect?

or "its a 5 year process" :)

i said it before, as repulsive as the thought is, but if garrett stays, he likely gets an extension in the off season

buckle up, it will be a bumpy ride....... ALL THE WAY DOWN :D

Isn't it awesome knowing the browns and Vikings have higher standards than the Dallas cowboys.

Leslie Frazier went to the playoffs last year and got fired today.
I would never want joe banner or mike Lombardi near my team but at least they are not cheap and are going forward
