A municipal court judge in Hamilton County, Ohio, has ordered Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chad Ochocinco to pay almost $12,000 to a clothing company for merchandise he bought two years ago but didn't pay for, the Cincinnati Enquirer reported Tuesday.

Given the spending habits some of these players have I think many will call for a compromise. Granted none are losing paychecks right now except for FA who could be collecting bonus money.

This doesn't surprise me for athletes, as they have bill paying issues all the time.

But what in the world is up with purchasing but not paying?
