Odd NFL scenario (Lions, Packers)

If the Packers and Lions come to an agreement ahead of the game to just creatively waste away all of the game plus overtime without scoring (0-0 tie), both teams will go to the playoffs (and the Commanders will be out).

Assuming one of them wins, there is a very good chance the other misses the playoffs.

Obviously they will play the game and somebody will win, however, it's a odd scenario anyway.

The NFL would probably make them forfeit draft picks for that type of collusion.

Happens all the time in International soccer. Both teams playing for 0-0.
