The above image was supposedly captured by a hunters trail cam in the woods of South central Louisiana. Now I have camped and fished Southern Arkansas for over 25 years and have seen and heard many strange things. But not THAT strange.

Eerie Image Captured in Woods
Deer Stand Camera Snaps Bizarre Animal

BERWICK, Louisiana (WVLA) - A deer hunter captures a spooky image wandering through the Louisiana woods at night.

A hunter near Baton Rouge says he found this freaky photo on his deer stand camera.

The hunting camera was broken but the memory card was still there and so was this bizarre image.

It looks like a cross between a human and an animal, with long slender appendages and glowing eyes.

The hunter says he just hopes it's a vegetarian, if he runs into it in the woods again.

More on this story from WVLA in Baton Rouge, LA

We used to see those all the time in the woods up in Northern Arizona where I grew up.

Somebody in that hunting camp is getting on heckuva laugh right now, having stuck that picture in front of the trail cam.

Folks, anytime something like this pops up you have to remember one thing.

You aren't looking for one individual of a new species, you're looking for any individual within the entire breeding population of the species.

There's a huge difference. Breeding populations need X amount of resources, cover how many hundreds of square miles, stay hidden from any contact for X number of decades, leave no dead, drop off how many hundreds of scat markings, and live where?

The Loch Ness Monster, Big Foot, Tooth Fairy, and Honest Politician. All of these things do not exist.

I used to hear stories about those things all the time.

They called them "Menehunes" (Men-a-Hoonies) and they scared the living **** out of me.

My uncles thought it was funny to talk about them all the time. I literally couldn't sleep in a tent for years because of all the stories they filled me with.

Bigfoot is very real. I've seen her on CSPAN! :)

Someone on another board said it was a bat! I just hope the ship that thing came down from has a sickbay. because if I saw that it would be beamed up with a gunshot wound.

You know, it could be a bat. The nose/mouth complex you're seeing in the photo is just the bat's nose.

Looks like a crazy, elderly man living in the woods wearing goggles to protect his eyes from the mind reading cameras placed in the woods by "them".

OMG... I'm pretty convinced that this thing, whatever it is, is crawling on knees. Looks to me like there's more of its right leg that you can see back there.

Looks like the guy who was "sloth" in the movie "Seven."
