Rather have Cooks x10000

OBJ is basically a 1y lease at this point for any team. Dude can't stay healthy

The Odell character concerns on this board are waaaaay overblown. If you have doubts about whether he can produce on the field, those are absolutely valid. But his character is fine.
Not saying I agree with you about his character but he does bring a circus and that circus get magnifies in Dallas.

When we did it with TO it was worth it because he was still one of the best in the game.

Beckhams best days are behind him and they weren’t even that impressive.

i already didn’t want Odell at a high price cause of his age and injuries. It was solidified when I saw the video of him being escorted off the plane.

Don’t want that cancer in the locker-room.

The circus maybe. But he isn’t a cancer or a malcontent like many on this board claim.

Not a big fan of either, they were good in their prime.
Would rather have Cooks tenure, than OBJs headaches.

Worked out well for the Cowboys. Signing Cooks was my favorite move for two reasons.

I think he is a very good and versatile receiver who’s game and approach wouldn’t change regardless of circumstances through a season.

Also, it signals something positive to me about Jerry and co usually looking for the most sizzle at the skill positions vs trying to build a cohesive team.

OBJ is on his 4th team already, and some were concerned Cooks is on his 5th...

OBJ is a washed up, culture killing, mental case. Why would any team want him? So glad he is not on the Cowboys.

Because if you can get Odell at 85% he's a game breaking wide receiver

What? He hasn’t had a great season since 2016. That guy is a long way from being game breaking. Plus you factor in the aging, injuries, and that he hasn’t played in a while I see him as a potential factor for 4 games and then washed out. He is finished.
