Here's the situation: Lived in Dallas many years ago and have an out standing ticket I need to get cleaned up this week so that I can get my Lic. reinstated before I move to Hawaii in two weeks.

I would western union you the amount for the ticket, upon emailing or faxing me the reciept I'll WU you the 200.
