The Dallas Cowboys had their final minicamp practice on Thursday, meaning the next time they take the field will be in late July for training camp in Oxnard.

Offenses typically look second-best to the defense during the offseason. That's especially been the case with the Cowboys given they're installing Mike McCarthy's offense, popularly coined the "Texas Coast" offense instead of the familiar "West Coast" offense.

Ultimately, fans won't care for the offense's title if the group doesn't produce. While there will be growing pains, they showed major progression Wednesday with Cowboys host and reporter Kyle Youmans noting the offense looked "crisp, fast and cohesive."

The highlight of the practice came from none other than Brandin Cooks, who showed off his speed to beat double coverage on a go route for a 60-yard. Dak Prescott hit Cooks in stride for the score and the facility erupted in celebration...

Offenses tend to look good in shorts with no contact.
Jimmy didn't know his place as an employee. Jerry took care of him financially and gave him everything that he needed to win. Jimmy got a big head and quit on the team. Fact

In case you want to include a shot at Jerry as well.

That is usually reserved for the player's evaluations in Indianapolis.

And if Jerry had let Jimmy continue to do his job without disrespecting the success Jimmy had accomplished, the Cowboys would have been the first team to win six SB's and probably four in a row. Fact

You attempt to rewrite responsibility. One is accountable for what HE brings to the picture. The team was already there, and Jimmy arrogantly was responsible for his own actions. Back stabbing his own team as well as owner.

That's on HIM.

I'm sorry, see a recruiter and a place in the real world...
