Take a look at the stats of when we run motion on or before the snap vs when we don't. Heck look at the numbers league wide.

We ran a lot of motion yesterday.

Yesterday reminded me of your typical Kellen Moore-called game…..

Beat the living crap out of an inferior team at home and pad your numbers.

Exactly how we ended up being “first in this stat, or top five in that stat, etc.”

I’m not complaining, but they’ve gotta win this division somehow if this season is going to amount to anything. Get me a very ugly win next week and I’ll be much more confident.

I just hope they don’t begin to get complacent off games like yesterday. That’s been a major problem. MM should be reminding them of the SF debacle daily. Jerry works directly against that with his mouth.
You are complaining and no Garrett teams beat the crap out of opponents like this team is. The haters are so upset they’re making Garrett takes now

I want to see how we play the Eagles. Last time I got excited they disappeared on us.

I hear ya, me too. Consistency in this aggressive offensive approach is key, I agree. If they come out with inside runs early in the game on 1st and 2nd down, we know McCarthy reverted back and is calling a "scared" game. Instead, they should come out with play action, exploiting the best matchups, whether that be a TE, CD or RB matchup. But be quick and efficient, Dak can't hold the ball, can't try to be a hero. Get rid of the ball. If covered, throw it away. Don't let Philly's line take over.

Does Dak get any credit for whoopin’ the Rams? Any credit?

A lot, yes. But it starts with an aggressive, weakness-exploiting game plan, and proper play calling, from the start. Without that, Dak would struggle, as we've already seen when the offense came out and tried to pound the rock between the tackles early in games, with no use of play action.

So, it starts with the game plan and the play calling, and then Dak must execute it. McCarthy finally called a great game, and Dak executed it well. Both get credit, for sure.

Plenty my rear.
I didn’t expect you to man up and admit you were wrong about it. No surprise

You're the same guy that quit on this forum and made a whole thread about it……gonna deny that?

we all saw and and all remember it.

Quitter.

Just think if they added an every down RB to the mix…
Don't want them to do that, because I don't want McCarthy or Dak to get lured into pounding the rock, not with this o-line. Sprinkle in the run, but use play action early, and then with the lead, run the ball.

Pollard and Dowdle are fine, they can get yards...and they're tough enough.

Plus, Henry wouldn't be an every down back for the Cowboys anyway, not with Pollard. And Dowdle. He'd be a hired specialist, and he may get a drive or two throughout the game. But just handing the ball off to him, to run between the tackles, with this o-line, that's a waste of a drive.

Comes down to one thing for me. Dak willingness to use his legs. He's a different player when he does. He's more into the flow of the game, more into rhythm. He gets confortable and makes plays. The fact we turned him into a strict pocket passer after he came into the league making plays with his legs is mind boggling to me.

It's the first game I can remember in a long time, where Dak took ownership of the offense. In other words, he stepped up and bailed out the Oline and average running game.

Exactly what you expect from your elite franchise QB..........makes plays when there are no plays.

The Rams D is not the best.

The most sobering aspect of the WRs sudden ability to execute and get open is that the Rams play off, they don't get in the WRs face at the LOS and jam them, throwing the timing off of our Texas Coast offense like the teams that beat up on Dallas did. Next Sunday we'll see if the offense really found itself or not. On a bright note though, it's a division game and Dallas usually plays the Eagles tough.
