A burner is a consideration, but ultimately being a good receiver is more important. A lot of true speed guys don't always have the best hands or concentration.

If Roy is cut (which I doubt) we will need to replace him, but that very well may come through free agency. Our No. 1 & 2 guys are in place so, and we can probably find a capable No. 3 without having to use a draft pick.

Well the OP better hope a CBA happens before the draft, because without free agency happening first no team has the luxury of ignoring needs for wants.
