All around the most frustrating game I've watched in years. We couldnt catch a single break it seemed and couldnt create any of our own luck.

I can't believe we lost, again, to a mediocre division team at home

no emotion. little effort. little hustle. flat as hell. spells loss.

Exactly, and I won't say our play calling was great, it wasn't on either side. I mean we quit running the ball for no real reason. But the team didn't care about this game after 3 weeks of playing bigger games. It happens in the NFL. We should win the next 3 games easily and we'll be sky high again.

Oh please, they cared. They just got out played. I'm so tired of the excuse making and obnoxiously over-confident fans. We got beat on our own field by a divison rival, plain and simple.

First let me say , We definitely got outplayed. That being said the refs didn't make or break this game ,but they were awful. This has got to be the worst year I've seen with blown calls.

Now a big reason we got our heads handed to us ,(IMO)

MBII 8 rushes?????????????????:bang2:

The offense needs to show more urgency. Todaythey tried so hard to get TO involved, to the detriment of the team. That second drive of the second half, they went three straight incompletions to TO, and punted from deep in their own territory.

On defense, I have always thought that Newman was overrated. I didn't want Jerry to extend him to a big contract. There is a reason he has only made it to the pro bowl once, and gets few interceptions. Today he got exposed. If I didn't know better, I would have thought that Reeves was back out there.

I know tomorrow the Newman apologist will be on here saying how great Newman is, and that those plays weren't his fault.

true enough. now skippy he of no ***** bayless can come out and tell everyone how brilliant he is....I hope this one stings REAL bad for our guys. They deserve to feel like we do............I agree about Newman too: he had NO business making probowl last year. Moss OWNED him again today and he always looks like he's going to cry: put in pacman; at least he'll compete IMO

This team, like last year's team, is extremely slow to adjust. Usually nothing changes until half time with these guys (if then!). I think in today's NFL you have to game plan the officials as well. If they are going to allow the Skins to climb all over the WRs then Dallas has to adjust and climb all over their WRs, etc etc etc.

Major reasons we lost today were that Romo was a tad slow (especially in the first half), our secondary is biting too much on shorter routes (and playing too far off the WR's), and our o-line was getting no penetration (part of the reason we abandoned the running game).

Still, Romo did manage to pick it up (passing for 300+ yet again) and we did at least make it a close game. How the refs missed at least two blatant Commander fouls blows me away (the facemask on A. Jones and the false start on the Commander RG). I thought the field goal was no good, also, and why the officials didn't review it - I don't know.

As for the defense, I am beginning to think that the talent level of the defense is just too great to allow the passing yards that we do. Campbell is a good QB, no doubt, but week in and week out it seems like we're giving up big plays in the secondary.

I guess if the refs would have called 5 or 6 Washington touchdowns back instead of just two then maybe you wouldn't blame the refs.
