Yeah Tyron Smith was great getting bum rushed by a backup on the second to last play of the game. Great way to give up a sack rookie.

One sack in four games??? please bro come better than that. That sack didn't lose the game.

Except when they needed to most. Romo was pressured on his last interception and got sacked on the last drive. That sack pretty much killed our chances.

They couldn't get a 1-yard run when they needed it, either.

Exactly.

Those praising the offensive line are incredibly narrow minded.

Couldn't open up any running lanes when they needed it. The only way this team can run the ball is when the defense is playing pass.

It is a MAJOR short coming on the team, MUCH more than Tony Romo.

...as for the oline: 27 carries for 113 yards: 4.2 avg....but the naysayers have a point: get a 1 yard run and win. They couldn't do it (again) Red loses confidence, calls more passes: Romo panics, gets picked: they lose just like they did against the Jets. All makes perfect sense to me. I said 7-9 before the season and I'll stick to it. They're talented but just too stupid to get to .500

Nobody said that. But if the offensive line plays well most of the time but can't perform when they absolutely need to for us to win, they deserve criticism, just like Romo does if he goes 34-for-47 with three TDs but throws a stupid, game-losing interception (or three).

Lots of parts of the team played well for most of the game, but several of them made absolutely critical mistakes at the wrong time. Romo was almost perfect until his first interception, then he was terrible and stupid for most of the game after that. The defense was great for most of the game but gave up two touchdowns in the fourth quarter -- one after Walker's stupid holding penalty when we should have forced a tying field goal. The offensive line played well until the fourth quarter, when they pretty much got dominated. We had four possessions, couldn't run the ball, couldn't protect Romo and couldn't get a first down until Detroit played soft and gave up the underneath passes on our last possession.

Most are not intelligent enough to see anything besides Romo throwing interceptions. Seriously.

If Romo has this kind of performance in 2006 or 2007, I say, you know what, this guy played great half the game for being so wet behind the ears, but he'll grow, get stronger, get better and then learn from it.

When an OL is wet behind the ears and plays great for 90% of the game against what is supposed to be one of the most dominant DL's in the league, and then they make a few mistakes I'll say. Great job, they'll get stronger, learn and then get better.

When our franchise QB and 9 year veteran chunks 3 critical interceptions when we have such a lead I say, I've seen this one before, and why can he not learn from his mistakes?
