just based on the first 2 drives, all I can say is we better hope there are no injuries on the O-line. The starters are ok, but obviously they have a problem inside the 10 when other teams blitz them up the middle. Either Andre Gurode isn't making the o-line calls correctly or there's a break down from what he's calling and what the others are doing. As I have said about Doug Free for the past few years, he's a decent player and doesn't make mistakes. He can hold his own against most. I'm not sure about how he'll handle the top tier rushers. I think he'll be better than average.
The 2nd team has some problems. It's time to get rid of McQuistan. Brewster didn't look good at all when he was at RT. I haven't seen the rest of the game in slow motion yet. This is his 1st year with any playing time so I'll give him some slack, for now.:star:

Hmmm. Joined Aug 2010.

Welcome, but quoting yourself before you joined . . . :nono2:

Hmmm...same Doug Free that has matched the best outside linebacker in the league in Demarcus Ware to a standstill in practice....really?

Being able to handle Dware is a great thing; but to be fair about it facing the guy in practice constantly you get familiar with his moves and that gives you an edge. Facing a guy you have not practiced against for the first time during a game is another story.

You mean like how he completely dominated Antwan Odom (who had 8 sacks in 6 games last year).....

The weak link on the O-Line is Gurode and Bigg. When teams blitz the middle of the line we really have a hard time adjusting to it. I hope we draft a stud center next year...
