How about it? I think they looked good yesterday. They have only allowed three sacks all year (none yesterday) and they have looked solid against two good defenses.

I felt the line did a good job and they are starting to come together as a unit. Still a lot of room for improvement but as each week goes by I think the better they will become as a group.

Looking at the first three games, the run blocking really hasn't been much better than last year as far as the five linemen go.

The real difference in the running game has been with the TEs' blocking. Fasano is a huge upgrade over Campbell's last season. Campbell was great at one time but he had physically lost it. Witten also seems to be putting much more effort into blocking. He's been getting after it after an extremely disappointing '05.

I'll wait until the O-line shows me something against Philly before I start crowing. They pretty much stuffed us last year up there and they've been doing a great job this year pass rushing. Personally I think this is the toughest game of the year.

Some good points.

The tight ends have stepped up the blocking and that has helped alot. I think we did a decent job against the Jags and they have possibly the best front four in the league. Philly will be a tough test but I don't think they match up as well with us as the Jags did.

Gurode has really suprised me this year Coming into the season I expected him to be a game to game guy that only dressed if we needed him.

The Skins have got a nice defense as well and we ran the ball effectively against them. But, as stated earlier Philly will be a tough game and if they can put together a good game against them it will show some nice consistency in an area that most of us where MOST worried about coming into the season.

I think we've only faced one solid defense so far. The Skins defense is terrible at this point. They've picked up the blitz well and Bledsoe seems to be getting rid of the ball quicker. I think the O-Line doesn't get the credit it deserves, but I the addition of Owens and Fasano are making things more difficult for D-Coordinators.
