Offensive PI on C. Wilson?

Yes it could have been challenged

So then that leaves the question of should it have been challenged? We didn't have any challenges left last week when the GB CB slapped Gallup in the head all the way to an INT, but that wasn't the case on this call.

Garrett said it is reviewable but refs will not reverse these calls unless it is extremely obvious. That is what the refs are telling coaches, don't waste your red flag cause it's not about getting this right.

Should’ve challenged? Yes

Chances of winning? Slim to none

AGAIN, we let the game come down to the refs. THATS ON US. We should have taken care of our business, then that call wouldn't have mattered.

It looked like a bad call, but could it have been reviewed, because it wasn't and it probably was the difference in the game?
These refs aren’t reversing many of these calls. But to me it would have been worth it at that point to challenge it.

Maybe I missed it. Was this call reviewable or not?
It would seem under the new rules that it would be reviewable not that we would have won it but I'm not really sure the announcers talked about it but Garrett looks like he sent a trance on the sidelines and is oblivious to anything going on in the game

How do you its "extremely obvious" or not unless you try to challenge it? It seemed like that was precisely the circumstances in which you would use that challenge. It was a game changing play.

It would not have been overturned. If you asked the jets fans and staff if it was a pick play, the answer would be a resounding yes. Overturning a PI call would have to be a unanimous obvious.

The call in question occurred with less than 2 minutes remaining IINM. I remember thinking at the time that it couldn't be challenged inside 2 minutes, but wondered if NY could stop play for a review. Still don't know the answer, but would like to know. I somehow doubt that they would make themselves look bad, even tough it was an absolutely wrong and terrible call on the field.

I thought Garrett coached a brilliant game. He's got an uncanny ability to make all the right decisions.

Bad call.

They weren't going to reverse if challenged.

But I would absolutely submit to league for clarification/explanation.
