Official Dak sucks get rid of him thread **merged**

Is it the receivers on the team that has made Dak the most intercepted QB in the second half of the season? How many starting QB’s in the league would throw this many picks if they were starting on this team?
I think most QBs would love to lead this team.

Heck, rush isn't even a quality back up (if ee are honst) and he went iNT free for a month..

It’s an overall body of work. He is not a top QB period. With a great run game he will make throws to wide open receivers and score TD’s. When he tries to be an above average QB and make NFL throws against defended receivers he is very, very average. In this case, since week 8 he is the worst in turnovers and forcing his team once again to find someone, anyone who can save him at WR late in the season.
His overall body of work also put him in top 5 in td's and 6-3 since he's been back. So what you find him "average", your opinion doesnt make it fact. Yall act like yall never loss before, grow up Peter Pan.

You guys keep saying this. It was at "Noah's Chest" when he had to freakin' fall to snag it. It was a low throw because Dak threw backing up.

Watch the play again. If Noah doesn't go down for it, it's a dirt ball.

If he leads him in stride Jenkins murders him. He threw it low to where Noah could go to the ground and not get creamed.

Watch video of every interception and ask that question again.

I don't play the what if game...

What the hell are you talking about? Jenkins is zoning like 4 yards away. Dak didn't throw low for a safety reason, he threw low because he had his momentum going backwards when he made the throw.

You're reaching hard.

He understands he has to be better and looks forward to proving the doubters wrong.

How many years from now can we expect that to happen?

Do you think Noah should have made the play?

Wow...lot's of venting taking place...lol!! Dak, defense, Moore...who gives a crap WE lost. Vent, cry, whine throw your beet at the TV....what is it gonna change? Get a grip!! Stop being kitty cats.

I have already said: Dak made a poor throw, and Noah isn't a good enough WR to make catches from poor throws.

I know it's crazy, but there can be two players at fault on a single play. I just sympathize with Noah more here, having to position yourself while falling to catch a dart heading into the turf and causing a deflection is more excusable than a QB literally throwing the ball while putting his momentum backwards.

I'm waiting for anyone to show me a QB coach teaching QBs to throw the way Dak did on that play.

Dak is a complete anamoly. He is right the human version of a randomizer. On every play the randomizer will decide on accuracy, reading the defense, pocket presence, footwork, throw decisions. You just never know what will happen.

That last pick wasn’t on him, but the overthrow on the first drive (like 5 feet over CD) was. The massive overthrow for the pick deep in their own territory was too. Even some of the ‘great’ throws he makes would be intercepted if the corner had just turned their head, like the TD to Hendershot or that throw to CD on the first drive that CD had to swim move the corner to get.

It’s just…..random. Sometimes it’s a dime. Sometimes it’s outright confusing

Again today Dak made a few throws that were just a little late and wound up incomplete. If he gets those throws out early and leads his receivers he not only has completions, he might have some TDs as well. That ball to Pollard down the sideline was late and underthrown. If he throws that a second earlier and out front Pollard get is on the run and scores. Dak is late with his throws too often. In fact, he holds the ball to long most of the time.

....because he had to adjust to the ground for it to be "in his chest". Before actually watching the play over again, I actually though the ball placement was better. This is worse than I initially remember.

Brown had a step on his man - I don't think for a second that is where Dak intended to put that ball, and I say that because he wasn't intending to throw the ball when backing up. No QB is told to do this.
Contrary to unpopular belief, WR's get also paid to do their jobs. Catching the ball that hits you in the chest, whatever the situation, is in the job description.

Also like I said before...

You would have an argument of Dak threw from a clean pocket with no pressure... but that situation was the total opposite.

The ball bounced out of browns hands
But that’s dak’s fault lol
He never saw him. He was throwing to a spot which by the way only a Troy Aikman or Tom Brady can do. It requires a QB and a WR to be on the same page. Yes it bounced out of his hands but he never saw it coming until it was too late. No way should he have thrown that ball. That's the best play call we can come up with? Pathetic.
