***Official Day THREE draft thread***

How about we add CAP to crap? Cameron Artis-Payne is still on the board.

everyone remember last year there were a lot of people saying ryan williams could start? and wanted him to start?

Shaq Riddick to the Cardinals. Good athlete, needs a lot of technique refinement.

Holla Homer Shout out...Shaq Riddick WVU to Cardinals. Happy for him but not someone I would like for us though.

When trading a second for a future first, there's often no additional consideration. When trading a third for a future second, there's often a 5th or 6th thrown in. When trading a fourth for a future third, there is usually a 6th thrown in.

Not true.

Tell you what -- prove me wrong. Find one trade in the last ten years in which a team has traded a fourth straight up for a future third. I'll wait.

Of course you won't, because you'd rather just run your mouth.

I will. After the draft. I'll find you multiple examples of trades involving a pick this year for one next year alone.

Did anyone here think Randle was a great prospect before?

Has anyone thought much of McFadden in years?

Has anyone seen a productive season from Williams since 2015?

Yes, we certainly have a scrubby group as of now.

Maybe the idea is trade for one in the preseason after taking a look at their own and the talent around the league with some of the surprises that always turn up. A gamble I think they'll make bc of the prior investment to the OL and the results they showed last year as a unit; regardless of Murray.

seriously, has bennett shot somebody in broad daylight?

Maybe Randle will emerge and be the starter. I gotta admit he looked great last season with limited carries. Averaged 6.7 yards per carry. Maybe the Cowboys ditched their plan to draft a running back once it was announced a couple days ago that there were no charges for Randle. And I really loved what I saw from Ryan Williams in the preseason last year.

I'm just trying to be optimistic...

Our RBs are crap and we shouldn't be looking to scrape the bottom of the barrel at the position during one of Romo's last few years. It is inexcusable to walk away from FA and the Draft with Darren McFadden as your best back.

I have to agree.............if the plan is McFadden and the scrubs that all sat on the bench watching Murray last year....................WOW

Like I said, "if that is the plan"..................total incompetence.

Not thrilled with adding a 25 year old runner. But, there's not much left, and he's probably the best available.

Considering it's RB and we don't figure to give him a 2nd contract, I don't think age is all that important.

If it were not for red flag issues...I would rather have Thomas Rawls from Central Michigan

Ive brought it up a few times already. Character issues is apparently the unanimous decision we shouldnt take him

I am surprised by how much Bell has flown under the radar. Never having a decent Qb throwing to him at braska really hurt his draft stock.

agree, he's a pretty good WR both size, speed, and ability to aggressively go get the ball. If he can return kicks/punts....would be a great match.
I think he's just been lost in a deep class of WRs
