This post by DatNguy59 is the one of reason's why Garrett needs to go with all the rest of them.

This coaching staff thinks that Johnson is Romo. They have Johnson throwing along the sidelines deep, which isn't his thing. They should have been working the middle of the field. He has no accuracy throwing to the sidelines, unless hes checking it down to the rb.

Garrett seems incapable of analyzing what is happening on the field and altering the offense accordingly. Garrett is a one-trick pony, so to speak. And when that trick runs out he's got nothing left in the bag to play. This is not the work of a offensive "genius" nor is it the work of whom I'd like to be head coach of this team.

Garrett actually seems like he holds player accountable.

Like how the O-line can't block anymore, Barber can't stop fumbling, and TO can't get off the line?

But he did drop an F bomb in Hard Knocks.
