If you know an injury update, share it here.

Miles - Hip injury
Scandrick - Broken left hand
Sensy - Got medical attn at the end of the game
Bruce Carter - Elbow injury

Bruce looked like he dislocated his elbow. It reminded me of that Rondo injury that year against the celtics. I think he's done.

I hope not.

Queue the "he was injury prone in college... he was a reach"... crew.

more excuses why to keep our inept coaching staff around longer

Carters injury look bad, cant say I am too upset about scandrick.

Yeah...rather watch Mike "two touch" Jenkins whiff on tackle after tackle.

I thought this thread was about injury updates, not about the coaching staff??

So broken bones and dislocated body parts are excuses now?

London Fletcher starts and balls two days after being in a walking boot, yet Murray has missed six games due to a undisclosed "foot injury." What gives?

Not good

Seems as if the injury bug is concentrating on the middle of our Defense......starting with ratliff, now the 2 MLBS, and its been Safety all year

Can we stop with the "here's another excuse to keep the coaching staff" posts every time a key player gets hurt? Your point is valid. It's just getting old.

The Cowboys lost linebacker Bruce Carter (elbow) in the fourth quarter and wide receiver Miles Austin (hip) and cornerback Orlando Scandrick (broken hand) in the first half to injuries. At one point during this game the Cowboys were minus Jay Ratliff, Kenyon Coleman, Sean Lee, Barry Church, Tyron Smith, Phil Costa, DeMarco Murray, Austin and Scandrick all to injuries.

And Matt Johnson too. ;)

well they're not gonna cancel the season so whoever dresses for next week game needs to step up. next year the FO needs to address whether some of these injury prone guys are worth the hassle. it seems the same guys year in and year out miss time due to injury. fat cat syndrome? once you get paid are you willing to lay it all on the line?

No, but I can easily see Jerry rationalizing that we just ran into some bad luck on the injury front this season, and making very few if any real changes this offseason.

And he would be right.

The team is too frail. It's one thing to get hurt as a result of getting hit but some of the random injuries these guys get, it's like they're taught poor technique that puts them at risk for injury and/or they're just not conditioned to handle a physical game for 60 minutes
