Now is the perfect time for Jerry to step in, demote Wade to DC and take over as the official head coach for the Dallas Cowboys.
We have absolutely nothing to lose and everything to gain (other than our dignity). Jerry will either turn the team around and become the best dang head coach we ever had or he'll continue to tank and realize we need a professional coach with ultimate control of the team.
