I was referring to his knee which must've given our FO some concern with the degenerative knee. With that said, I think we just got another Leary.

I don't consider Ron Leary's knee to be degenerative.

He has a condition (Osteocondritis Desecans or some such) that can lead to it at any point, but it may never become a problem during his playing career.

Dallas may have taken issue with the fact Leary never bothered to get into legit NFL until the final year of his rookie contract. He looked like a completely different player in 2016 and was ready to take advantage when La'el Collins was shelved due to injury. If Leary had bothered to get in great shape beforehand, the Cowboys might not have been so quick to hand his job over to Collins.

That really bugged me and I had zero desire to say how Leary reacted once given a massive second contract.

Pretty nice how they just jumped us for Dallas Goedert ( who was named after the Dallas cowboys) on the day Witten retires. I love Conner Williams but TE was a huge need and Philly knew it. I hate that team.

Not sure why our front office is so passive .....first in free agency and now during the draft.

Philly got scared and had to trade up. We still were able to grad a starting quality guard at 50. We win.

Panic much? Williams is the right pick and FYI you are not replacing Witten with any tight end in this draft

Geoff Swaim is how.

The eagles just added the best TE in the draft to Ertz for more targets for Wentz.

Yeah, cuz we all know the 2nd string TE and situational pass catcher is the most important position on the team.

That doesnt make it better. Maybe worse actually.

Rico better show up this year.

Fricken eagles adding another weapon for Wentz who loves throwing inside to his TE's.
Come on, please stop it.
There are several really good TEs left (maybe so e that could end up better than Goedert) and no rookie is going to set the league on fire year 1

Same here, and I wanted him to stay. There was a clear difference in talent between 2016 when we had Leary to last year when we didn't. Let's not forget that Leary was the only guard who could take on Watt singlehandedly until a couple years ago. That was awesome from him, and we just got a clone of him.
