Aw, he's all talk-- unless he gets into the Nyquil...

Don't EVEN mess with him when he's got his medicine buzz on... he turns into God's Own Drunk, and a fearless man...

So, was it Hos and Juke, or Hos and Winki, or Hos and WG, or even Hos and Cbz40?? Or was it all of the above??

Inquiring minds want to know...

Classic uniform - dark blue serif numbers that match the star on helmet and light metallic blue pants.
Sensational look, it really sparkles when clashed against a burned Ronnie Lott.

Uh....no.
Uh....no, Part II. Hope the NFL isn't becoming like the NBA who seems to change jerseys every freakin' year. NO NEED to change unis when we've already got the best ones out there!

You probably shouldn't say that to somebody as twisted as I am... all of a sudden, visions of underage sheep popped-- uninvited-- into my head...

You know, that same sheep that Woody Allen dressed in garter belt and stockings in "Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Sex" (which may have been the only truly funny movie Woody ever made)...

Although to be truthful, I always figured Hos would be more of a goat guy... :lmao2:

The San Diego uni's looked very good. I think the new ones are a step backward.

Next to the Cowboys the chargers always had the greatest uniforms in the NFL.

I was actually a big fan of the Chargers during the Air Coryell days, Dallas was and always will be my favorite team...but man alive I loved watching the Air Coryell days because of some of those great players and the great unis.

There are plenty of uniforms out there that have looked better with changes or could look better with changes.

The chargers are not one of those teams.

I just wish we would stop playing so many games with throwback Unis. Pick one and STICK with it; and only do the throwbacks once every 5 years.

I understand the idea about changing the numbers and trim to match the star on the helmet. Making the blue darker. But, if anyone has been to a Cowboys game, they know that everything in Texas stadium is light blue, like the color of our current numbers. Even the cheerleaders uniforms, the endzones, and the star in the middle. So, it would cost Jerry a lot of money to go dark blue everywhere, and no one wants the star on the helmet lightened, which would be the cheaper option.

I'm right there with ya.

I rooted for them back when Lance Alworth was THE best WR in football.

I guess they're trying to go back to this look with the bolt on the shoulders...

this is a step backward for them. not a big deal, just a less appealing uni than they already have.

...for the record, i think most of the uniform changes of the past few years have downright sucked. it's like a freaking video game of division II college football teams.

I prefer the royal blue for the home jerseys myself. And I think it may be a little "cheaper" for Jerry to have royal blue on the helmets, at least for home games. Or maybe not, cuz then they would have to have different helmets with the navy blue for away games to match those jerseys. Right? OH THE HUMANITY! And I kinda like the thick font on the numbers now. Instead of the SHERRIFF(sp?) style numbers.

Once the new stadium is ready it would be ok to wear the blues at home. Until then it's just too hot early in the season to wear them.

Why does the blue on the helmets and the jerseys have to match? I like having the navy colors on the helmet and the royal blue on the jersey, pants and socks. I think it looks great, classy and we are unique in that way, and if you look at old footage it looks the same way to me in the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s, the way Tex designed them, don't mess with what Tex made.:)
