I'm not going to trash him over one game, but he was clearly hired for ONE reason alone, and that was to make this a very good to great defense. After 4 games this yr, we have a painfully average defense. 4 games, no ints...amazing...worst pass coverage schemes I have seen in a long, long time. Some of us said in preseason that it looked bad, and many said we holding stuff back or being chicken littles...well...
The defense is mostly responsible for todays loss, but you could also throw plenty of blame at the OL (couldnt block anybody, especially on run plays) special teams (kick return and punt returns, terrible) and even Romo, who clearly wasnt very sharp and threw another awful INT
To have 12 men on the field after a TO though is pretty damn pathetic...he might have nailed the FG anyway, but at least it wouldnt have been a gimmee...story of the game though is pathetic defense
we definitely wont win a championship with this kind of defense...
