Pretty sure he's the guy from all the videos that theebs used to post.

If so, I'd say he's pretty reliable. In fact, based on the information that theebs presented on some other topics, I'd very much doubt he is wrong.

I've always liked TheTicket....back when they played nothing but their funny "drops" during commercials.....that's why I started listening to them.
