I am as disappointed as the rest of you.

We knew with a injury to our center and a rook on the O-Line along with new WR that our Offense was gonna suffer. And it is.

Besides play calling, O-Line not being as good as last year and new WR what did you expect. Dak isn’t advanced as far as I hope.

But they show some signs of improvement, slight as it maybe. Coaching let us down last week. Not going for it on 4th down showed the staff had no confidence in the Offense. And our Defense was getting lit up in the middle all night.

This is a new week and likely have gotten it together a little more. I think we will win this one and it will go along way for us. We will see what we got.

Defense should be full power with Irving back.

Looks like so far so good with Maher.

I ain’t giving up yet, this last offseason was brutally long for me. I still think we can get stronger as the season goes and the rest of the division isn’t exactly lighting it up.

Maybe we as fans aren’t rooting hard enough. Lol. Let’s get behind this train wreck (so far) and push them.

The coaching greatness of JG does not give me the optimism it does you...
Every year since we have had JG the players have to win despite him. Every once in a while JG cost us a game by doing something stupid. A dumb challenge or punting on 4th down. I think if we went for it last week then we would have won. Or at least let Maher go for the long FG.

Winning the battle, sure...but we continue to lose the war. We will never win another SB with JJ and JG around. We won't even get into a NFC Championship game.

This team has no fire power on offense. The NFL rules have made it a QB driven, point scoring league and the Cowboys are playing a 1993 brand of football.

Defenses are have too easy a time shutting down the Cowboys offense which leads to the Cowboys defense getting worn down early and falling completely flat in the second half.

The best thing I can hope is for the team to be healthy and play their best football while getting their butts kicked along the way. Leaving Jerry any glimmer of hope in this mess will guarantee more of the same next season and beyond.

I can’t disagree with you. JJ wants to win his way and JG is convinced that if the players just execute his old worn out scheme that it will win. Every time we get to the playoffs our staff let’s us down as much or more than the players. But it’s also Linehan and Marinelli calling it on the field. JJ has neutered JG by taking play calling away from him. But he still has the power to screw us up. Like last week.

As SJ slowly gets more power we may see a change. Romo made this team perhaps look better than we were. I know JG didn’t like it because Romo would change his plays at the line. If Dak had the talent or ability to do the same it would go a long way. Seems Richard might be slowly getting the reigns. We can see it in some of the plays.

I never had hope since I did not buy the off season hype. The ship is sinking .Now if you change coaches and quarterback we will be in business.
Will be one thing at a time. Would be interested to see if we fire Linehan and get a new OC how much it would help? Not abandoning the run game when we are on the goal line. Or if we are losing by 2 points.

Hit it on the head. ITS A 1993 PLAYBOOK. With a stubborn OC that won’t even change his style to suite his struggling QB. A HC that refuses to let him change.

JJ needs to replace both but we know he won’t. Leaving JG as HC and putting in a new OC and updated Offense won’t work all the time. Your still going to have games like last week. Look at what he did. A terrible challenge and punting on 4th when that was clearly the time to go for it.

Best we can hope for is that JJ does at least the new OC. Let JG clap and challenge when he is told.

band-aid will not work an overhauling is needed. The entire coaching staff has to go start fresh with a new quarterback.
knowing JJ he will do it his way .This club is a toy for the Jones family.

Definate band aid coming. Agreed the staff should be blown up. I am not happy with the new O-Line coach.

JJ is the Gm and the coach he will just rearrange the staff and players to no result. The man and his son should just be silent and stay away from football operation.

I still cheer for the team.

But I'd be lying if I said I enjoyed watching them.

Seeing one of the league best players wasted in a boring offence is just maddening.

it is not a matter of giving up. instead it is a matter of sacrificing now for a much brighter tomorrow (2019)
