Offseason plans

Jerry was committed to Garrett for 10 years, but he'll throw away Dak after four? Not going to happen.

Ya, nothing like scoring under 15 points against good defenses and kicking FG all day long!
Sure Dak is here for the next 10 years!!!
 Just because he is DAK baby more mighter than the STAR!:muttley:

Watch a circus unfold. It’s every man for himself now after Dak’s quote. A new HC no matter what will be bring roster changes,as he’ll want his players in there. So I expect a couple popular names to drop. There’s a lot to be interested in though if a Dallas follower news wise this off season. Our new staff, some new players, seeing how returning vets do in comparison to previous staff etc.

If they draft Tua won't that put us back into drafting hurt players again like our two lbs. I thought he's hurt pretty bad in the hip department or is that somebody else I'm thinking about?
Doctors say he will heal, no problem. However you do have injury concerns as he has had two ankle injuries plus the hip. They say Tua will be able to workout by training camp.

If you draft Tua most likely you "redshirt" him for a year.

Dak is the QB of the future for this team. Don’t have to like it but it is what it is. The Jones’ love him and frankly, he’s not nearly as bad as some here say he is.

besides getting a new hc and entirely new staff

1. franchise dak and trade him during offseason or during the season
2. draft qb in 1st round, hopefully tua.
3. sign a decent fa dt
4. resign amari and trade him during the season if the price is good
5. sign a decent #2 qb
6. draft a dt, wr, rb
7. prepare to jettison zeke and dlaw if they dont produce next season

Let amari walk ASAP . Let him lead the league in DROPS at another team that is willing to pay him elite money .

Yes, it will .

Yep. That's the same thing we've been hearing about Garrett since 2007. ;)

But seriously. You ARE correct. It's not about what Dak is actually worth. We wouldn't actually know that for a fact unless we used the transition tag on him and found out for sure.

It's about what is he worth to the Jones Family and the Corporation. Does he have the ability to fuel the Star Power the corporation needs to continue its revenue streams like Tony Romo did? Whether or not the team as a whole is a contender.

Based on my personal experiences and what I've read, I think the Jones Family believes the answer to that question is.........Yes he does.

So he is almost certainly going to get his money. Just like Zeke did.
