With the FO's focus on honest offers, here is a projection on FA and draft:

OT
FA - average OTs going for over $10M/yr.
Prediction - grab someone crappy like Bell, Draft an OL hopefully 1st or 2nd round to be Tsmith backup. The player could possibly compete at LG.

LB
FA - average LBs going for $8M/yr.
Prediction - Grab someone who can stuff runs for less than $4M/yr. Draft a couple LBs but probably not 1st round.

WR
FA - most WRs with upside are gone. Only Terrell Pryor and Mike Wallace left that I noticed.
Prediction - They have enough WRs, but they need better. No likely FA addition at this point. Draft someone in 2nd or 3rd round. 1st round is possible.

G
FA - quality Gs going for $8M/yr
Prediction - grab someone average like Cooper for $4M/yr. Draft someone in the 3rd round or later.

S
FA - Badger too rich for them. Possibly a player like the SD's Boston, but doubtful
Prediction - may be late round pick

1Tech
FA - Poe is gone and only one left may be Logan.
Prediction - Keep Irving. Draft 1tech after 3rd round.

It all depends on the players there but I think that pretty much what they have to do
If you draft a OT it’s probably smart to sign a vet too
If you draft a guard you might could get a guy in top two rnds who can start
Being between two good players helps a lot, assuming both are out there
I fully expect a WR in second rnd and there will be some there
To fix all we need to fix in the draft I would be working on a way to add a high second
If you could have 19, high second, 50 and your 3rd rnd pick you can fix some problems
Trading just picks won’t do that, your gonna have to trade a player and pick or picks to get that done

I would hope they don’t draft anyone in the first or second round to be a back up.
