Are the cowboys starting their offseason workouts since they have a new head coach? They can start today ,haven’t heard anything!

This is better than worrying about if the new HC will be sitting or standing weekly during the press conferences. It seems the HC's with the broad butts tend to sit.

Million dollar question: Will the LION be there or is he a lyin!!
I thought he likes to work out on his own. Did he say he'd be at offseason workouts? He has worked out on his own with a personal trainer each of the past two offseasons, not joining the team until OTAs.

This is what he has said about it before:

"That's always been my style," Parsons said, via the team's website. "I haven't been here [for voluntary workouts] since my rookie season. I don't think it's anything new. I have my own way of doing things."

On top of conducting his own workouts, Parsons focuses on recovery when the team is at voluntary camp.

"I'm just looking at letting my body heal," Parsons said. "I'm an undersized rusher that gets banged up every year. I'm just letting my body heal and grow, strengthen, and get ready for the year."

Since they've been talking about it being his time to lead, that might get him to show up. Even though he works hard on his own, he needs to set the example for the rest of the defenders.

I was going to say that too, you're right he did mention that about him leading. I hope this means he'll be there every off season

Sounds like a true leader.

He is when it comes to getting pressure on the QB. No player has more pressures than Parsons (330) since he joined the league in 2021. Parsons has generated pressure on 20.3 percent of his pass-rush snaps in that span. No other player has a rate higher than 17.5 percent since the start of 2021.

Yeah. I know he gets frustrated sometimes because of holds or because another player doesn't do his job when Micah executes his. But it's his time to take leadership of the defense. He, Osa and Diggs are going to be the top-paid players, so they need to step up in the leadership roles too.
