Will Ogletree be active for the Seattle Game ?

Maybe they will put him back there for returns, I REALLY don't want Felix back there for that.

Didn't Jerry hint that we would see more of him at WR this week ?

Hint, no.

Demanded it be done and threatening Wade with the hose? Yes!

Jerry: "It puts the O-tree in the game this week, it does this whenever it's told."

Wade: "What? We gotta get some of the defensive rookies some snaps this week. I just don't know if we can find room."

Jerry: "It puts the O-tree in the game this week or else it gets the hose again".

Why would he be active. Who do you make in-active for another WR. When we have other players that will return KO & Punts.

Would I like to see what he can do, yes. But it comes down to a numbers game.

Rossum is out.

I forgot Rossum was on the Roster but will be inactive for 4 weeks so Ogletree should be Active until Rossum comes back.

My gut is, since we already know Felix will most likely return kicks, that they make Hamlin active for the first time this year. I mean, in camp this guy was the one rookie thought most likely to contribute, so he would be my guess.

Doubt it. We'll more likely have Hamlin or Williams active.

I agree that one of these two ought to be active before Ogletree. Both are supposed to be good special team players with potential to do more sooner than Ogletree.

That said, I kinda expect Ogletree to pass Hurd next season.

Yes he will be. Jerry said it this morning on the Fan. He said he could see time at receiver also!

Yes, but he was not active before Rossum got here, and only when Williams was out.
I don't see the difference now without Rossum.
Unless he really has shown enough lately to be active for special teams. Which we have Felix to return KO. And with Crayton's Punt return TD, probably keeps him back there for now.

I know what JJ said, but he says a lot of things in double speak. Hard to interpret what reporters say about it, and what is said on here, because it is all open to interpretation when comes to JJ.

I have not listened to the interview myself yet.

I hope he is active and gets a few snaps at WR, want to see more of what he can do.

The team was also carrying an extra running back for a few weeks while Marion and Felix were banged up.

It comes down to M. Hamlin, J. Williams or Ogletree.

Ogletree returns kicks and the others don't. Not taking Ogletree pretty much makes Felix the only option to return kicks unless you want Austin to return them.

I would prefer Felix return kicks but if the team doesn't want him to do it, they have to carry Ogletree.

Another thing to think about is the possibility that Ratliff can't go. That opens up another spot.
